We make a big deal of the fact that we use Cacao Liquor in our fudge sauces. Why? Because Cacoa Liquor is 100% pure cacao beans that have been fermented, dried, roasted and then ground into a paste. Period. It’s the most unprocessed cacao you can use in making something chocolatey like yummy fudge sauce. So, when we put it into our fudge sauces, it has all its nature-given, superfood antioxidants like polyphenols and flavanols and its amazing deep chocolate flavor to boot.  The word liquor doesn’t mean there’s alcohol in our cacao.  There isn’t.  When it comes to cacoa, liquor refers to 'liquid', which is how the beans get for a while when they’re ground into a soft paste.
