We make a big deal of the fact that we use Cacao Liquor in our fudge sauces. Why? Because Cacoa Liquor is 100% pure cacao beans that have been fermented, dried, roasted and then ground into a paste. Period. It’s the most unprocessed cacao you can use in making something chocolatey like yummy fudge sauce. So, when we put it into our fudge sauces, it has all its nature-given, superfood antioxidants like polyphenols and flavanols and its amazing deep chocolate flavor to boot.  When it comes to cacoa, liquor refers to 'liquid', which is how the beans get for a while when they’re ground into a soft paste.
