Delivery

All in-stock orders are shipped ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including "Discounted Shipping" or “Free Shipping” items. Please check addresses carefully. Snow Owl Confectioners guarantees delivery only to the address we are provided.

Expedited Delivery

All expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited online orders are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.

Additional Information

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or UPS Surepost. All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship UPS Surepost ($15 surcharge applies). Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO ship via UPS Surepost.
